Tony is the Owner of RSVP in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana – divisions of Sucato Marketing Systems. He is happily married to his wife Ira residing in Mason, OH. He is the proud father of 3 handsome boys and 3 beautiful girls. When not working or supporting the kids’ sporting events and activities, Tony enjoys playing golf, basketball, skiing, gadgeting and tinkering, reading, traveling, home improvement projects, and playing keyboards.
Tony grew up in a suburb of Buffalo, in a traditional Italian family of 4 boys, each playing the accordion, active in sports and academically focused. Growing up, Tony’s Mom and Dad were hard working, conservative parents, with high expectations and very proud of their boys.
Tony attended SUNY/Buffalo and University of Michigan to complete a Master’s Degree in Operations Engineering in 1991.
Starting as a college intern, Tony spent twelve years working for General Motors and Delphi Automotive Systems in Engineering, Operations, and Production. Primary responsibilities included developing and improving manufacturing effectiveness both internally and with Delphi’s suppliers worldwide, with assignments in New York, France, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit like his Dad, Tony left Delphi in 2000 on his own accord to begin his own advertising business. Tony began the RSVP business in the town he fell in love with – Centerville, Ohio, expanding quickly into Cincinnati, and over the next 16 years into Columbus, Cleveland, Akron, Lexington, Louisville, and Indianapolis. Tony’s passion for helping others is something he has leveraged with over 1600 clients, whom he enjoys meeting one-on-one for the purpose of growing business and changing lives.

After managing sales and marketing for a small family business, Heather made the move to the other side of the table - consulting with small businesses on effective marketing strategies. Heather says, “I feel like I have contributed to our clients’ success. Because we work with real, honest, hard-working people, I feel proud to be a real champion for their business.
It's not just a "campaign", it's their livelihood.” Her passions are traveling the world or to her little home away from home on Lake Cumberland, Kentucky. As a proud member of optimist international, you'll find Heather jumping-in to lead community projects and charity fundraising. When asked what matters most in life.... Heather responds “...making the most of every minute with my family!” Heather is a proud graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago.
Jeff is an advertising professional with 15 years of experience consulting with businesses in many industries to connect them with their best prospects.
One of Jeff’s pet peeves in advertising: Businesses who do drive-by advertising. He thinks about advertising all the time, but occasionally he’ll get distracted by his wife’s witty personality, his daughter’s skyrocketing volleyball career or keeping up with his son’s busy social life.
If you’re curious about the ins and outs of advertising, ask Jeff- he’ll be happy to discuss all facets of marketing and advertising, but beware you might just learn something that could help your business. Jeff is a graduate of Western Kentucky University.
Born in Buffalo, New York, Joe was the youngest of 4 boys and grew up with a great family around him. His parents and brothers were influential to his development and taught him most of the lessons he uses today. Music was an early pursuit of Joe’s. He began his musical career in high school, working around his hometown of Buffalo. Attending the SUNY Purchase College of Music gave him the opportunity to move to the Music Capital of the World, New York City, where he continued to perform regularly. People are often curious about how Joe was able to transition from the music industry to the business world, and are often surprised by his response, “Both worlds are essentially the same” and refers to the Thomas Edison quote, “One percent inspiration, ninety-nine percent perspiration” as the key to success in both.
2014 marked the start of his B2B sales career as a Print & Marketing Consultant for Staples, Inc., where he partnered with midmarket and enterprise businesses to help them achieve their goals and ultimately grow their business. He was excited to contribute successfully to his clients’ business as well as his East Coast region and the development of his NYC team.
Joe and his wife Mehves are huge fans of Tennis. As USTA members, they can often be found playing in league matches or watching the pros.
Project Manager & Senior Graphic Designer
Caitlin came to us from a small town, where she learned true integrity and a hard work ethic. If you find yourself in need of artwork design at RSVP Caitlin is your girl, and she won’t quit until it’s the ad of your dreams.
She graduated from The School of Advertising Art in 2012 and charged head-first into running RSVP’s art department. When she’s not toiling away on her Mac, you can find her playing with her cats & dog (Eleanor). Caitlin’s favorite thing to do when she’s not working is junkin’. She gets super excited to go and dig through someone else’s junk and loves finding new “old” stuff to add to her collection.
Syd has always loved art. She studied traditional arts at Butler Tech School of the Arts, and went on to graduate from the School of Advertising Art in 2013. Syd brought her talents to the RSVP graphic design team in December 2014, after spending her first year post-graduation as a graphic designer & photographer with a large company.
Outside of the office, Syd can still be found behind a camera or working on designs most days. Even when she does step away from her work, she remains immersed in creativity, and enjoys reading graphic novels & admiring the work of fellow artists. She has a big heart, and cares for both her blind cat & its bonded seeing-eye cats. She is currently working on getting more involved with volunteering to give back to others.
